Freshly roasted Brazil Daterra Monte Cristo coffee with Lion's Mane mushroom powder (ground) 250g
This is a subspecies of Brazil Daterra Monte Cristo coffee beans, Catuai, Acalai, with notes of Chocolate, Pecan, Stone Fruit. It grows naturally in Brazil, at about 1150 m above sea level. The beans are dry-processed (dried on wood) and are Rainforest Alliance certified. The beans have an SCA score of 81.5. Any beans with an SCA score higher than 80 guarantee that the beans come from ethically managed farms, where human rights are respected, farmers and workers receive fair wages, and the environment in which the beans are grown is respected and properly maintained. These beans come from the Cerrado Mineira region.
When brewing in a cup, we recommend pouring 12 g of coffee with "Lion's mane" mushroom powder into 200 ml of hot water at ~92-96°C. Wait about 4 minutes, stir and enjoy.
When preparing a "French press" coffee, the recommended ratio of coffee with "Lion's mane" mushroom to water is 1:12.
