We present news! The result of cooperation between three Lithuanian companies - perhaps the highest quality Lion's mane mushroom coffee on the market. We "cut the mushroom" in Molėtai, coffee beans are brought from distant Brazil by coffee gourmets - "KAVALIERIUS", where they grind it themselves and roast it freshly in Panevėžys, and the final product is made by friends from "Gamta Gydo".
This is Swiss Water Processing (SWP) - a patented method of removing caffeine from beans without chemicals, while preserving their original properties as much as possible. This method removes 99.9% of caffeine. You can find raw, traditional coffee with Lion's mane here.
This is a subspecies of Swiss Water Decaf Brasil coffee beans, Catuai, with notes of chocolate, nutty, mild flavor. Naturally grows in Brazil, approximately 850-1250 m above sea level. Processing method - "Swiss Water"
When brewing in a cup, we recommend pouring 12 g of coffee with "Lion's mane" mushroom powder into 200 ml of ~92-96°C hot water. Wait about 4 minutes, stir and enjoy.
When preparing a "French press" coffee maker, it is recommended to use a 1:12 ratio of coffee with "Lion's mane" mushroom and water.
This blend uses "Pjaunu grybą" MISHKAY dried Lion's mane mushroom powder. Therefore, the taste is balanced and created specifically for them. If you want a more intense mushroom flavor, you can add our powder, we recommend about 1/2-1 teaspoon.
