How does this look in practice? If you weigh 80 kg, then the starting daily dose will be 40mg CBD. Cannabinoids are metabolized (broken down) within 8-10 hours. So, if you want a 24-hour effect, then you will need to take it twice a day, 20mg each. If you need a stronger effect at night, then use 40mg in the evening. As I mentioned, this is a starting dose. You will titrate the dose that suits you over time.
